Santa Barbara, CA. 27 April 2010 - Through an exclusive contract with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Air Travel Video Technologies (ATV) is producing virtual video animated walk-throughs and 3D maps of the Federal Inspection Facilities of 20 U.S. Airports participating in the U.S. Global Entry program. The new Global Entry ‘site finder’ program is Section 508 compliant and will be soon be available for the public... in English, Spanish, German and Dutch, via the web.

U.S. Global Entry is a program designed to expedite clearance of pre-approved low-risk airline passengers into the United States. The program, while maintaining the security of U.S. Borders, allows members to use automated kiosks at designated airports, to provide for fast U.S. Customs clearance.

The Global Entry site finder will provide travelers and Global Entry members with a realistic 3D mapping program to identify the locations of kiosks at all participating airport locations. The new Global Entry site finder is based on ATV’s successful ‘Airport Wayfinder’ 3D animated inflight and web-based programs, where airline passengers and airport users see the plan of their destination airport and services, inflight, online and through new mobile web applications.
